plots in cases of non-payment or breach of payment terms.

6.1 Site visits are offered free of charge to genuine
prospective buyers and investors.
6.2 BoHayat Properties Limited is not liable for any personal
injury or loss during site visits. Visitors attend at their
own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided
by our staff.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
