Are your lands properly titled and documented?
Yes. Every property we sell at BoHayat Properties comes with verified and secure land titles. We conduct thorough due diligence on all our developments before offering them for sale. Documentation types vary by project and may include Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Governor’s Consent, or Deed of Assignment. Our team will provide full documentation details for each specific project.
What type of title documents will I receive?
Depending on the project and location, you will receive one or more of the following: Allocation Letter, Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment, Governor’s Consent, or Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). Our team will walk you through exactly what documents apply to your chosen property.
Can I verify the title brfore buying?
Absolutely. We encourage all buyers to conduct independent verification. We will provide you with all necessary documentation and our team will support you through the verification process. You are also welcome to bring your own lawyer.
Can I pay for my property in installments?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans including outright payment, 3-month installment, 6-month installment and 12-month installment (available on selected projects). Each plan requires an initial deposit to secure your allocation. Contact us for the specific payment terms for your chosen project.
How much is the initial deposit?
The initial deposit amount varies by project and plot size. Contact our team directly for the current deposit requirements for your preferred development. You can reach us via phone, email or WhatsApp for an immediate response.
Are there any hidden charges or fees?
No. We operate with complete transparency. The price we quote covers your land or property. Any additional charges such as development levies, survey fees or legal fees will be clearly communicated to you upfront before you make any payment.
When will I get my allocation after payment?
Allocation is processed after your initial deposit is confirmed. You will receive your Allocation Letter shortly after. Full title documents are processed upon completion of full payment. Our team will keep you updated at every stage of the process.
Can I visit the site before buying?
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. We offer free site visits to all our active project locations. Simply book a site visit through our Contact page or reach us on WhatsApp and our team will arrange a convenient time for you.
